I was a little thrown off by the location but the coffee was bar-none the best I had in years! Everything was on a donation basis so make sure you bring some cash. Food selection was slim to none. Seating was plentiful on the in and outside. It's run by a Korean church. Very clean facility overall. It has a very special place in my heart as it was a great study / meeting area during my tenure at USC.

Very neat little garden oasis tucked away in the USC urban jungle. It is run by the Catholic Church located on site and seems to be popular among students. The menu is minimalist: espresso, lattes, pour overs, and tea. No food.
All drinks are paid via a donation ($3) that support the church. I'm not Catholic, but I'd happily return here to support this little Oasis .
